Context
BIAT wanted to strengthen financial education for the Tunisian public through simple, useful and digital-native content. The objective was not only to produce isolated videos, but to build a consistent editorial presence around everyday financial topics: budgeting, saving, credit, banking services, entrepreneurship and financial habits.
Challenge
Personal finance can feel technical, intimidating or distant from daily life. The challenge was to make financial topics understandable without making them simplistic, and to create formats that could work across social platforms.
QLM response
QLM developed a recurring editorial content system for Oumouri El Maliya, combining short videos, educational carousels, explainers and podcasts. The approach was designed to combine clarity, usefulness, regularity and platform-native storytelling.
Deliverables
- 15 reels
- 20 educational carousels
- 1 explainer
- 2 podcast episodes
- Social media platform content
- Editorial planning and content structuring
- Adaptation for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn

What this proves
This case demonstrates QLM’s ability to work as an external editorial and production cell for a client. QLM does not only execute isolated videos: it can structure a content program, maintain a consistent editorial line, produce regularly and adapt outputs to multiple platforms.
