Privacy Policy

Scope

This page describes how the QLM Media professional website handles contact requests and the technical services used when you browse it. Updated on 11 October 2026.

Information you send us

The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. You can also provide your organization, phone number, request type, estimated budget and timing. These details help the QLM team assess and respond to your enquiry and prepare any subsequent project discussion. Avoid including sensitive information that is not needed for your request.

Contact requests and technical providers

The form sends your message to the QLM team by email. Website hosting and email delivery involve technical providers. The website is hosted by OVHcloud in France. Video and audience measurement services may process technical information in other countries under their own terms.

Language preference

The qlm_lang cookie stores your choice of English or French for up to one year. On your first visit to the homepage, the site uses the language preferences sent by your browser to suggest a language. You can change it at any time using the EN/FR switch. Deleting browser cookies removes this preference.

Optional audience measurement

With your permission, Google Analytics measures page visits and interactions such as navigation, buttons, scrolling and form completion events. The tracking code does not send the text entered in form fields. It does send technical information, page addresses and interaction data to Google. Choose whether to allow this measurement using the cookie settings control at the bottom of the site. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to six months. Refusing does not prevent you from using the website or contact form.

Embedded videos and external platforms

Some pages contain YouTube players and links to social platforms. Loading or using a player may communicate your IP address, browser information and the referring page to its provider. These services have their own policies. See Google’s privacy policy for YouTube and Analytics. External social links do not load those platforms until you follow them.

Your requests and information retention

You can ask QLM about information you have submitted, request a correction, or ask for its deletion when applicable. Use the contact form and identify the earlier request concerned. The team can also explain the retention period applicable to your enquiry or project and any obligations that require records to be kept.
